Mondays are open to dogs who are comfortable mixing with all sizes and have calm, friendly temperaments - ideal for confident, social pups who enjoy group play in a relaxed, supervised environment.

All dogs are carefully temperament-matched, with regular rest breaks and individual attention throughout the day to ensure play stays balanced and stress-free.

Tuesdays at Zoomies are structured specifically for working breeds such as Aussie Shepherds, Border Collies, and similar high-drive dogs.

These days are more intentional and enrichment-focused, with activities designed to support both physical movement and mental stimulation. This may include:

• More structured ball play and fetch sessions

• One-on-one interaction and engagement throughout the day

• Individual walks where needed, rather than constant group play

• Problem-solving games and enrichment activities

• Planned rest periods to prevent overstimulation

By keeping group numbers low and tailoring the day to each dog’s needs, we help working breeds burn energy in a healthy way - without tipping into stress or over-arousal. The result is a dog who goes home calm, content, and happily tired.

Wednesdays at Zoomies are dedicated exclusively to our smaller breeds, including Cavoodles, Spoodles, and similar-sized pups.

By keeping this day just for small dogs, we’re able to create a calmer, safer environment where little ones can play, socialise, and relax without feeling overwhelmed by larger dogs. Groups are kept intentionally small and carefully matched by temperament and play style, allowing each dog to feel comfortable and supported.

Your pup will enjoy gentle group play, plenty of one-on-one attention, access to our secure backyard, and relaxed downtime inside our air-conditioned home in New Lambton. We also build in rest breaks throughout the day to prevent overstimulation and support balanced behaviour.

This dedicated small dog day is ideal for pups who thrive in quieter settings and benefit from being around dogs their own size — creating a positive, confidence-building daycare experience.

Zoomies is closed on Thursdays to allow dedicated time for full property maintenance and preparation. This includes lawn mowing, deep cleaning of all indoor and outdoor areas, sanitising high-traffic spaces, washing bedding and enrichment items, and resetting the environment for the days ahead.

Having a scheduled maintenance day ensures our home remains clean, safe, calm, and well-maintained - so every dog arrives to a fresh space that meets our care standards.
